House Mold

Keeping your homes dry may be hard work, but the positive effects can last a lifetime. Albeit, it is a given fact that everyone wants to live in a comfortable space; however, there is another reason why getting rid of the excess moisture of any given space is important, and it is most often tied up with the occurrence of mold and mildew.

Molds and mildew are organisms which are usually undetected by the human eye. Though they do appear to be harmless and fuzzy in nature, having them manifest a large portion of your property can be very dangerous. Mildew is a type of fungus which consists of hyphae, or fungal filaments produced on living plants or organic matter. Mold, on the other hand, can come in one of three most common types:

• Pathogenic Mold
• Allergenic Mold
• Toxic Mold (black mold)
